As far as visions go, entrepreneur and surfer aficionado Joe Walsh has never stopped visualizing. Starting out as a bus driver at college in San Diego his vision of spending his life surfing and living in a tiki hut on a beach in Costa Rica came true when he told himself to just 'get on the bus and go.
